Account Manager – Proman Skilled Trades

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic  Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, grow client relationships, and expand our presence in key markets. You’ll work closely with both sales and operations teams to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and design tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and visit job sites as needed.
• Track and report on sales activity using CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of sales or account management experience , preferably in staffing, construction, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight trips.
