Apartner Staffing is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our partnered apartment communities! If you’re passionate about property care, skilled in general maintenance, and ready to guide a team—this is your opportunity to shine.

🔧 Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and complete general maintenance service requests

• Supervise and assist with make-readies, including trash-outs and unit turnovers

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and appliance issues

• Install locks, make keys, and replace light bulbs in common areas

• Maintain the property’s grounds and curb appeal by removing trash and cleaning shared spaces

• Perform basic pool maintenance and monitor chemical levels

• Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Support and mentor maintenance staff

• Deliver notices and clean available units as needed

🏡 You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring the property’s interior and exterior remain in top condition

• Keeping all community areas clean, safe, and well-maintained

• Promptly identifying and addressing safety or repair issues

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in the multifamily/apartment industry is required

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Comfort working with window A/C units is a plus
