Assemblers & Welder Fabricators

Our client in Coon Valley, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?

Assembly $20 - $22/hour based on experience
Welder/Fabricator $20 - $24/hour based on experience
2 nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm (to start for training), then Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight
Paid training

What will you be doing?

Assembly

Prepares materials for assembly and assists with heat exchanger setups
Performs basic assembly functions under supervision
Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication
Preferred experience with hand tools (not required); i.e. hammer, impacts, drills, grinding wheels, ratchets, etc.
Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints/work instructions

Welder/Fabricator

Can interpret and follow most, if not all, manufacturing drawings and work instructions
Can fabricate most parts and assemblies with minimal supervision
Knows multiple supporting manufacturing processes
May assist with assembly of heat exchangers in Assembly Department

What do you bring?

Positive attitude will willingness to learn
Either has, or has the ability to, earn qualifications with both ASME and NAVSEA welding standards
GTAW, GMAW, and torch brazing experience
Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless steel
Experience with torch brazing copper and copper alloys
