• As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying the learning and development needs for clinical staff.
• Assess competencies and needs for additional training and education and develop all educational programs to address issues. 
• The Health Plans serves over 18,000 frail and disabled individuals, empowering them to live independently in their homes for as long as possible.

 
Our client, a prestigious long-term care organization. They provide a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.

• Develop classroom learning plans
• Evaluate the clinical staff performance in the field utilizing a field visit tool
• Clinical Nurse Educator provides feedback to clinical staff, managers and regional directors based on documentation evaluation, competency training, and field evaluations.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

• Three (3) years of experience in an Acute Care setting
• Experience in staff development or adult instruction, and/or home care preferred
• Knowledge of Department of Health and Managed Long Term Care standards for home care required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively before groups

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, disbursed in $5,000 installments every six months (subject to applicable taxes).
