Rite of Passage is hiring a Crisis Stabilization Manager at Safe Passage in South Bend, Indiana. Safe Passage is a diagnostic and evaluation facility for youth aged 10 to 18. Youth are referred by DCS case managers or probation officers for clinical assessments. Youth stay at our secure facility for 30 days for diagnosis and assessment, which informs their treatment plans and placement options. After assessment, youth transition to home, foster care, group homes, or residential facilities based on recommendations. Pay: Starting at $52,000 annually, with pay increases based on licensure. Responsibilities: As a Crisis Stabilization Manager, you will respond to and support youth experiencing crises such as self-harm, suicidal, or aggressive behaviors. Your role includes evaluating and monitoring youth with suicidal and self-harm ideations, administering psychological tests, facilitating treatment groups, creating safety plans for community reintegration, and collaborating with other departments to support youth. Qualifications: Possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field, be at least 21 years old, pass criminal background checks, drug screening, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry check.
