Key Responsibilities

• Strategically attract and engage aligned audiences through digital platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation

• Craft compelling content and campaigns that reflect our mission and inspire action

• Build meaningful connections with prospects and collaborators through consistent engagement

• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and marketing innovations to ensure top-tier performance

• Support and mentor internal collaborators on content creation, brand messaging, and digital growth strategies

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that align with overall business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, consulting, coaching or senior leadership roles

• Understanding of audience psychology, digital trends, and social media algorithms and a willingness to learn and expand.

• A passion for personal development and a desire to contribute to purpose-driven work

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, content schedulers, and job boards

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage projects independently
