The Raising Cane's River Center / ASM GLOBAL is searching for a full-time Facility Operations manager located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Operations manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the Raising Cane’s River Center, and/or events. Essential duties include coordinating operations activities with other building departments, ensuring adherence to Event Work Orders and show requirements, compliance with facility rules and policies, monitoring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility, overseeing ongoing maintenance projects, ensuring facility readiness during events, serving as Manager on Duty as required, supervising part-time employees, managing the facility keying system, maintaining maintenance and repair logs, updating the preventative maintenance system, scheduling and monitoring HVAC system, responding to communications within 24 hours, maintaining safe and sanitary working conditions, and adhering to ASM policies. Required qualifications include 3 years of experience in facility management or related field at an Arena, Theater or Exhibition/Convention Center, knowledge of facility operations and compliance requirements, leadership and management skills, technical expertise in facility systems, excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail, regulatory compliance knowledge, technology proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and regular business hours, with physical requirements including reaching, walking, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods. Exposure to adverse conditions such as fumes, wet floors, dust, and noise may occur.
