We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and promote hotel services to clients to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare weekly reports and coordinate with departments for group servicing.
  • Manage account details, solicit new clients, and close sales effectively.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct outside calls locally.
  • Meet and entertain clients as appropriate, and represent the hotel at trade shows.
  • Communicate clearly with staff and ensure attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and demonstrate integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Manage conflicts, update stakeholders, and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Present ideas clearly and utilize problem-solving skills.
  • Make collection calls if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Marriott Hotel Sales experience preferred; familiarity with CI/TY and Lightspeed is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and creativity.
