We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance Transformation to lead our Finance systems and process modernization efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end transformation initiatives—including systems implementation, process redesign, and cross-functional change management—as we continue to scale our business and operations.
You will report directly to the CFO, and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations. Your first major initiative will be spearheading the creation of an in-house subledger and its integration into NetSuite, setting the foundation for future automation and scalability.
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $ 191,000 - $259,000 USD for a Senior Manager level and $230,000 - $311,000 for a Director level in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications and the level at which the candidate is hired.
