Position Overview The Insurance Business Applications (AMS) Integration & Conversions Manager supports the integration of newly acquired firms into EPIC, focusing on transitioning to strategic business applications, ancillary systems, and custom solutions, along with change management. At least 4+ years of experience with insurance agency management systems is REQUIRED. Location Hybrid - Preference for candidates able to work up to 3 days a week from one of our offices. For locations, visit: Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the integration and conversion processes for insurance agencies transitioning between management systems. Coordinate with business units and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and data mapping. Oversee project timelines, scope, and quality, ensuring adherence to standards. Document workflows and improve integration practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure project success. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in insurance agency management system conversions. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of Vertafore AMS (Sagitta, BenefitPoint) and document management systems (ImageRight) is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000, based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k), professional development, and more.
