Job Description
This is a full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator position, located in Henderson, NV. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, agents, and vendors, coordinating property inspections, and providing administrative support to the team. There may be work in the field, including attending signing appointments, photo shoots, and whatever else is needed to serve clients and our team at a high level. Compensation:$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Some field work, including attending signing appointments, listing photo shoots, picking up keys, HOA docs, etc. Whatever is needed to be a team player and serve clients.
