We have two open positions in our Maintenance Department, including a supervisory role for the right candidate with hands-on experience and leadership potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

You ll be working outdoors and around our buildings doing essential, hands-on work like:

General maintenance of exterior grounds & structures

Fence building & repair

Painting and small fix-it projects

Bonus if you have experience with basic electrical or plumbing

Who We re Looking For:

Hardworking and dependable team players

People who care about quality and take pride in their work

Must have two years of experience of working for Apartment Complexes

Prior experience is great, but the right attitude goes even further!

Open Roles & Pay:

Maintenance Tech

Starting at $16/hr

After 90-day probation: eligible for $0.50 $1 raise

Maintenance Supervisor

Pay range: $19 $22/hr, depending on experience

Also eligible for a raise after the 90-day probation period

Pay is negotiable show us what you bring to the table!
