Aletto Jewelers is a family-owned luxury jewelry and watch store with a 25-year legacy serving South Florida. We specialize in high-end timepieces, custom engagement rings, and estate jewelry, built on trust, craftsmanship, and lasting client relationships. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented intern to support the owners and operations at our Boca Raton storefront.

Position Overview:

This is a part-time, on-site position ideal for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn. You’ll assist with daily errands, store upkeep, and various tasks that support the store’s operations and ownership. If you are interested in the luxury watch / jewelry industry, this is the perfect starting point with plenty of room for growth in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run local errands (e.g., bank, post office, supply runs) — mileage and gas reimbursed
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the showroom, office, and common areas
• Assist with packaging/handling watches for shipment, administrative tasks, and basic customer service support
• Help organize displays and restock inventory areas
• Support social media efforts (camera direction, engaging in content)
• Communicate directly with ownership regarding daily priorities and store needs
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks to ensure a smooth and professional storefront experience

• A trustworthy individual who understands the sensitivity of working around high-value goods
• Professional demeanor and neat appearance
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to follow direction and remain flexible with changing priorities
• No jewelry experience necessary, but retail or assistant experience is a plus

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 25 hours/week)
• Salary: $15-$20 per hour dependent on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm
• Location: On-site at Aletto Jewelers, Boca Raton, FL
• Compensation: Dependent on experience
• Mileage/Gas: Reimbursed for approved errands
• Background check may be conducted
