Job Description
We are a volunteer-led homeowners association (HOA) seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our property manager and operations of our board. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in community service, and the ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. The position will interact with homeowners daily, answering phones and helping in person walk-ins.
The office is open Mon, Wed, Fri 12-5 which would be the ideal schedule for the candidate but we can offer some flexibility with the hours.
