Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote + Bi-Weekly in Person)

Hours: 10 hours a week

Pay: $20-$30/hr

My current B2B tech company is picking up speed faster than my personal life can keep up. I'm stepping more into a front-facing role with clients, partners and investors and need help keeping my world running smoothly behind the scenes.

My last venture, I built and exited a fast-growing company - not because I was ready, but because I was burnt out. I don't plan to repeat that.

That's why I'm looking for someone who can help me show up physically, mentally and emotionally at my best. Someone who is equal parts design minded, resourceful and people oriented - who can bring calm to chaos, style to structure and intention to every little detail.

 

What You'll Help With

  • Shopping: from groceries, clothing, home decor, gifts, handling returns, etc - you naturally see how it all comes together & feel curated.
  • Gifts: From birthday cards, wedding gifts or welcome gifts - you make people feel seen through thoughtful touches
  • Personal errands : dry cleaning, meals, etc - these aren’t tasks you dread. They're podcast and peace of mind resets.
  • Planning & Coordination: such as mail, doctors appointments and travel arrangement - I let you know the vibe and you tell me where I need to be and when.
  • Communication & Vetting: whether hiring a housekeeper, or getting estimates from vendors - you'll vet filter and present the best options.

First 30 Days Snapshot:

  • We'll meet bi-weekly in person for 1-2hours (Buckhead area)
  • You'll help coordinate my move: sourcing & pre-order furniture, managing vendors, setting up the space
  • You'll begin having decision-making authority & integrating into the rhythm we'll work from

Next 30 Days:

  • I'll be traveling frequently, so you'll work mostly remote & owning your lane
  • You'll be stepping into a higher level of decision-making & independence

Long Term

  • Should the first 60 days go smoothly, we'll discuss of a more permanent full time position
