Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Pediatric Medical Assistant to support 20+ patients on a 1:1 provider-MA ratio. The role involves conducting wellness visits, performing basic checks such as height, weight, and temperature, administering pediatric injections, and managing urgent sick visits.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness visits and perform measurements like height, weight, and temperature.
• Administer pediatric injections.
• Handle patient concerns during urgent sick visits.
• Manage administrative duties including patient check-ins/outs, scheduling appointments, and handling prior authorizations.
• Answer incoming phone calls.

Requirements:

• Nationally certified medical assistant
• Comfortable giving pediatric injections (training provided)
• 1+ years of experience as a medical assistant

Additional Requirements


The position may require floating between the Cambridge and Waltham locations, though the primary location will be in Waltham.
