It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc. Title: Pharmacy Technician Work Location: Detroit, MI, 48243 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Remote Dept: Medicare Pharmacy Opera Engagement Description: This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Client and Client Network Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours). Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors' offices. Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit Work from home - private and quiet workspace required Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Retail Pharmacy experience - at least 2 years Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc) Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes Required Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Exceptional Customer Service Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Willingness to accept change Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience.
