The Role We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to lead and scale our organic search strategy. You’ll be responsible for increasing qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and growing sign-ups and brand awareness through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. This role requires someone analytical, strategic, and deeply familiar with the ever-changing SEO landscape — someone who knows how to balance technical performance with content optimization for growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement an SEO roadmap to grow organic traffic and search visibility Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities Optimize existing content and structure for improved ranking and user experience Collaborate with content creators to guide blog, landing page, and site copy strategies Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, schema, etc.) Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies including outreach and partnerships Track performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Provide regular reporting with actionable insights and growth recommendations Requirements 3+ years of SEO experience with proven success driving growth in high-competition verticals Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4) Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content SEO Experience working with developers on SEO-related site improvements Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment Bonus Points Experience in fintech, trading, or B2C SaaS Familiarity with CRO principles and A/B testing Understanding of YouTube SEO and content indexing Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Full-time remote flexibility Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, high-impact fintech company Flat structure with the ability to own your work and make real impact Health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO (based on eligibility and location) Ready to Apply?
