Job Description

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants across more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS. These brands have been serving their guests, franchisees, and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is committed to improving sustainable outcomes related to food, the planet, and people and communities.

We are dedicated to growing our brands by leveraging core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long-standing community support. Each brand benefits from global scale and shared best practices, supported by RBI's ownership.

Role: Senior Product Manager, Easy to Run

As the Senior Product Manager, Easy to Run, you will be responsible for creating a seamless restaurant operating experience that ensures consistent delivery of the best product for our guests. Your focus will be on three key areas: kitchen production management, product fulfillment, and post-order communication.

Kitchen production management involves predictive demand forecasting and providing real-time instructions to staff to maintain a steady supply of fresh chicken. Product fulfillment focuses on optimizing tools and interfaces to enhance speed and accuracy. Post-order communication aims to keep guests informed about their order status.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive strategy for the team member experience, based on detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using data and UXR principles, you will prioritize initiatives that balance customer empathy with business impact. Your collaboration will span operations, engineering, design, and analytics throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, testing, and delivery. You will also communicate progress and impact transparently to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Set KPIs for restaurant operations and team member experience to measure progress towards goals.
  • Communicate the value of new products to go-to-market teams, ensuring support materials are available for field teams and franchise partners.
  • Identify long-term opportunities through research, analysis, and strategic market and business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, scope features, and develop customer-centric strategies.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven and agile decision-making.
  • Ensure high-quality development of experiences and regularly update leadership and partners on progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in software or technology industries, with a record of delivering top-tier experiences.
  • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% nationally and locally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical decisions and core technologies.
  • Experience working with data engineering is preferred.
  • Educational or professional background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or business is preferred.
  • Results-oriented with a bias for action and a commitment to excellence.

We offer comprehensive benefits focused on physical, mental, and financial wellness, including global paid parental leave, telemedicine, and mental health support.

RBI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities upon request.
