About the Role:
We are seeking an optimistic, client-focused, and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator for Garcia Properties. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate handling of every transaction from contract to close. If you thrive on being the behind-the-scenes force of nature that keeps everything organized and running smoothly, we think you’ll enjoy being part of our small but mighty team.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming lead calls (no cold calls)
Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings
Proactively communicate with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders to ensure a seamless experience
Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation throughout the transaction
Provide administrative support to agents as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
No real estate licensing requirements
Previous experience in a real estate office or similar administrative role (preferred)
Strong communication and client service skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities at once
A collaborative and proactive mindset
Experience with MLS, DocuSign, Microsoft Word and Excel, CRM platforms, and proficiency with general online research
