As we scale, we're looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager who can lead a high-performing recruitment team, drive candidate acquisition with a sales mindset, and innovate sourcing strategies across job boards and social media platforms.
Position Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will lead a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare staffing environment. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that are aggressively sales-focused, leveraging job boards, social media marketing (SMM), and outbound tactics to source and place qualified healthcare professionals. You’ll be expected to foster a competitive, goal-oriented culture while coaching your team toward hitting aggressive KPIs and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales-focused recruiting strategies to attract and convert high-quality healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, etc.).
Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, assigning requisitions, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring timely placements.
Design and execute high-conversion sourcing campaigns across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, NurseFly, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other niche platforms.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize ROI across paid job boards and social media campaigns.
Leverage CRM/ATS tools to create candidate drip campaigns and re-engagement flows.
Sales in Recruiting:
Promote a sales-oriented culture within the recruiting team—every recruiter acts as a closer.
Train recruiters on cold outreach, objection handling, and consultative selling to candidates.
Collaborate with the sales/account management team to align recruiting efforts with client demand.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4–10 recruiters to exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals.
Set and track individual and team KPIs, including call volumes, submittals, placements, and retention.
Lead daily huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
Recruit, onboard, and train new recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of sales-driven recruiting and healthcare staffing dynamics.
Proven success sourcing talent via job boards, Boolean searches, and social media marketing.
Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Preferred:
Experience working in a high-volume staffing agency or startup environment.
Familiarity with paid social advertising for candidate acquisition (Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to design and implement incentive structures and recruiter commission models.
